Engineers for a Sustainable World (ESW) is an international nonprofit organization. Fueled by a strong network of students and professionals, we strive to design, educate, and build solutions for a better world. The Madison chapter, founded in 2015, is made up of engineers and leaders who are committed to making a sustainable difference on campus and throughout the local community.

Our 4 current projects are:

  • Solar Little Free Library
  • Sustain-a-ponics
  • Bee Hotel
  • Solar Dehydrator

Outreach

We participate in workdays and other volunteering events with Spring Harbor Middle School, Allen Centennial Garden, and the Lakeshore Preserve.

Community

In addition to teaching at Engineering EXPO, we host socials with our general members and collaborate with other clubs.
